2. Submit a support ticket when you need help from our administration.

2. Go to your email and activate your account.
3. After activation, login to the site and submit a new ticket. Please fill out the form. Attach documents if necessary.
4. You will receive auto-email notification when your ticket has been processed. If you have not received an email from us within 48 hours, please check your Bulk/Spam folder. Please note that you can always login to this website to view your tickets as well as our responses.
